can the The Precice 2 from tibia or femur be reused for humerus lengthening on the same patient?

No the Precice nail isn't allowed to be used more than once. However you can probably get Wannabetaller to help you with it according to some rumors on this forum lol.

It's also not the same nail lol. Even if you could re-use nails, you can't use a nail designed for the femur and put it in the humerus.
