I think a lot of what you say are true, and I'm believing what you are saying Shi. I have requested some information from Yonsei Kim, and they have told me exactly what they told you. That it cannot be sent via email. So they have this sales promotion - they one you mentioned. I've told them to put it on a written contract and forward it to me via email. But they said they couldn't do that, and they don't send contracts by email. I don't know about you, but if it's not on written contract, it doesn't exist. Anyways, get better man. Appreciate you starting this thread, so people can know about questionable limb lengthening clinics.

Be caution about this, for this clininc,
They want to hide some thing ,because they dont want to be see by patients
before sugery.
patients can see contract right before the sugery, so patients can not escape anymore.

Yeah the clinic is suspicious, and it doesn't matter why the clerk targeted you, the problem is that the clinic didn't keep their staff accountable and take responsibility for their clerk assaulting you, instead blaming you.

If they will do this to their own patient just because he is foreigner, they will find excuses to mistreat anyone including other Koreans. I am Korean and after hearing this I wouldn't go to them either. I bet they will find an excuse to blame me too if I was assaulted by their staff.

Hello Shi. It seems they are very aware of you.  Are you the Japanese patient who did his tibia surgery in Vietnam? Anyways, I can't believe they treated you so badly, and they are still blocking you from getting the things you need after the surgery. If they treated you so badly, I just wonder how badly they will also treat other international patients. I have a very bad instinctual feeling about this hospital. The doctor may be really good, but it seems they have a very toxic management culture. That guy Shin should've been fired and arrested for assaulting and battering you, and they should have formally apologized to you and your father for this whole incident.  Instead they kept the guy, and he is still employed there. It's like they are trying to cover it up or something. I am pretty sure Yonsei Kim is very aware of this forum and all other social media platforms. they are keenly aware of a disgruntled Japanese patient who is bad mouthing them.  I thought you should know this. I don't need to see the contract because I can't see myself getting surgery there after what they did to you. Because if they did that to you, they will do that to me.  And I'm guessing they have mistreated their patients before, but they were too scared to come online and talk about their experiences. However, you were brave enough to tell your personal story for everyone to see and know your experience at Yonsei Kim. Thanks for making this post. Good luck to you man. I'm cheering for you.

Why would I visit the clinic after hearing about what happen to you? Hell no. It doesn't matter if I am Korean or not, I don't trust a clinic that will mistreat a patient like this. They are also ruining Yonsei university's reputation by doing this.

I guess some patients ask about their contract because they hide somethings.
