The difference between FMLA and VDI/STD is unpaid and paid leave.
Has anyone used VDI or STD for LL before, I noticed there're ppl used FMLA during PT and that makes more sense for "medical condition", Am I able to do so with VDI/STD? I can't find much details about how VDI/STD works with this, maybe these insurances are followed by ur company/insurance company idk.
