Turkey's Wannabetaller company became a popular bone-lengthening company in the industry within a year or two due to its skilled publicity and low prices. However, some cases of "scams in bone-lengthening" have been compiled from chat records in Chinese groups. The following are only victims from China, excluding other countries.
The first victim can be traced back to the first Chinese patient in 2020. The surgery took place on August 3rd, but after the operation, the foot cannot be hooked due to damage to the peroneal nerve. Subsequent repairs required multiple surgeries and were full of difficulties.
The second victim, known as Zian online, documented the lengthening process through live broadcasts in the group. The third victim had a procedure done by the W team in Turkey. Due to issues with the intramedullary needle and the doctor's skills, the lengthening process failed multiple times, leading to repeated surgeries and replacement of the intramedullary needle. The victim underwent four surgeries in Turkey, resulting in non-union of bones. They also faced threats from the team. Even after returning to China, the victim is still undergoing repairs.
The fourth victim's case has been documented on various platforms, and it is widely known. Due to delays from Wannabetaller in treating the wound, the victim eventually developed bone marrow infection. She have undergone multiple surgeries and are still in the process of recovery, using an external fixator. The whole experience has been extremely tragic.

There is so much information available regarding these corrupt Turkish doctors, that if you decide to go with them...any complications or bad experiences that befall you...that's on you. I have no sympathy for anyone else moving forward from this point on who willingly elects to have this procedure done by these "doctors." You've been warned at this point. If someone has complications, or loses a limb because they went to Turkey...your own fault.
Just because a hospital/doctors have a "streak" of successful patients or multiple success stories, doesn't automatically outweigh the bad ones, no matter how few. For a responsible doctor, you should be aiming with 0 casualties even if it's ideally speaking. For a doctor to have a mortality rate of 1 is already 1 too many, which we'd understand if the case is not normally avoidable to correct/treat, but in this case it should've been.
Assuming 5 patients, one patient is destroyed. The approach of WBT is to persuade the other four patients to advertise for them, ignoring the poor remaining patient directly. If the victim expose them, they will use the four lucky ones to attack the victim, then insult and slander the victim, shifting all responsibility to the victim.
Now WBT keeps firing their staff and seems to be going out of business. Their existing staff is unmotivated and doesn't care about patients.
