I spoke to Dr. Rozbruch's office and was informed that on average, tibial lengthening patients gain between 3-4cm. I'm shocked to say the least as I often read of diaries where patients gain around 5~6cm on tibias.

Yeah I don't believe this,the majority of people that have undergone tibial lengthening achieved 5-5.5cm on this forum.

Maybe he's downplaying the amount you can lengthen on tibias in hopes you'll choose the significantly more expensive femural lengthening?

Dr Rozbruch seems more conservative than other LL doctors but patient diary says otherwise. Imo 5-6 cm should not be a worry.
