My personal opinion is that femoral lengthening makes more sense. What do you guys think?

less painful if u are doing lon monorail. the skin on ur thigh has alot of meat and goes deep when u are lengthening. the tibia theres skin too but a little less painful. tibia lengthening u can wear regular pants. not with lon femur. tibia lengthening has less duck ass. im assuming less harder to stretch ur skin.

If we talk about internal only methods then maybe none, exceot frim the aesthetic part which is subjective.

But with tibias you can go externals only which is by far the cheapest and less painful LL method, especially with monorails as Beemer wrote.
And if you go to a good doctor, probably the safest one if it is done with hexapod fixator.

It's not really subjective. It's a fact that tibial lengthening is more aesthetic, unless you do both segments.
