What does the 10/10 pain mean by people who done this?

By 10/10 pain does it mean like the WORST PAIN you could ever imagine? So painful that you cant possibly imagine a worse pain? Or its exaggerated like its very painful but manageable?

Definitely manageable even if you suffer. My wisdom tooth removal was worse in terms of raw pain (note I only removed one upper one and it was more hell. But lasted only a day)
