does flying to somewhere deactivate or affect the implanted precice nail in the legs in some way ?

(for example, going through body scanner at the airport, getting aboard airplane for hours which may give it magnetic interference or something,... etc)

The airport scanner is too weak to cause any issue at all.
Also the nail is Titanium, which is hardly magnetic. The actual mechanism is small and locked in place after use.

The only issue you'd have is for an MRI.
