Not true at all. That’s like saying attractive people aren’t insecure about how they look. While a lot of them are much more insecure then ugly people. Everyone has something they put their mental weight on.

Exactly, if someone got this surgery while being totally secure in their height, I’d say they need serious psychological help. A lot of the people on this forum will make up some absurd reasons for getting this done, one being that he liked extreme sports and this was like that, instead of being honest.
