What is your age?
My opinion is that you should do it.
Start with the femurs which can give you more gain. Go for the maximum and hope for the best.
155 to 163-4 isn't nothing at all.
If your manage in later years once you're fully healed to do tibia for more 4-6, that would get you closer to 170cm which is a life changer.
It can be a long long journey but life as a whole is longer.
