I extend the tibia by LON method. Are there any exercises that should be done before extension? I have heard that it is better to soften the lower body and attach more muscles to the thighs.
In addition to that, how can we speed up recovery during the extension? For example, drinking protein, taking vitamin D, etc. Please let me know if you have any other good intentions.
