What do most doctors think now? Thinking of doing precise 2.2 tibia with Dr. Parihar in 2023 or 2024 but am not sure how much

The consensus is that it depends on the patient.

I am also thinking to have surgery from tibia aswell. According to Dr.Paley we can have 6cm safely.

The real answer is there is no such thing as a "safe limit", but less than 20% of your initial limb length is strongly recommended, and less than 15% is considered especially safe.

It depends on individual.
As long as you can tolerate the pains and without any issues, you can go on lengthening until you wanna finish the lengthening.

I think from the readings in this forum aloneĀ  that it also depends if it's with externals or with nails.
