What is the difference in consolidation time between tibia and femur?

What is the difference in consolidation time between tibia and femur under same lengthening rate and lengths? I know tibia is supposed to be faster, but by how much? Lets say 4cm each.

Yes, i is clear that the femur is faster. However the question is by how much (%)?
