For those who have already had femur/tibia lengthening with Precice. What is the discrepancy between the amount you lengthened and height actually gained?

For femur, most people gain about 1 or 2 mm less at most. IDK about women but it's logical that they gain more than 2 mm less.

For tibia, if the bone is straight, the amount gained equals to amount lengthened.

I think that obsessing about 1 or 2 mm loss when you max out the nail in femurs is stupid. And, don't forget that during the osteotomy you get about 1-2 mm of instant distraction so you basically gain the full 8 cm if you max out the nails.
