This forum has plenty of informations and changes my ideas toward LL.But I think for such a major operation, we'd better look for information in many ways to prevent the information cocoon effect. If anyone knows I would thank you very much!

naturalheightgrowth.com is a generally excellent resource. Also, you should read original studies.

Leg lengthening surgery is a very large and complex field. A few videos or documents cannot possibly cover all the areas of LL. Like everyone else, you'll have to do research to find your answers. It will take a while, often months or more.

Also, the overwhelming majority of LL patients want to keep it private, which is why it makes it harder to do research on LL. So be very grateful for any LL patient who is willing to help you out.

On YouTube, Cyborg4Life has an extensive channel. On the YouTube search, look up: Cyborg4Life

strydenail is a patient of Dr Assayag. He did femur lengthening with the Stryde nails last year (when it was available). He has a YouTube channel for his diary. On the YouTube search, look up: strydenail

As a femur Precice 2 patient in consolidation phase, I also have a fairly new and recent YouTube channel. It includes my diary and information on LL. See my signature for the URL to my YouTube channel.

Yes, agreed.  My message was meant for the original poster. The only part of my message that refers to you was how to find the YouTube channels you mentioned.

I’ll have to learn how to divide up the quotes when replying to a message.

Really, your best bet is reading original research studies on cosmetic leg lengthening (or just leg lengthening methods in general). You can use a sci-hub account to read them for free.
