Any sugestions  What to do if wingspan is 10 cm shorter than height a good example from me is artem lobov what do you think about him is 1.75m but his  arm span is 1.65m

There is ram lengthening, I don’t know too much. About it

Why would you even bother?

Unless your ABR (arm-to-body ratio) is not abnormally small, your arm length is not noticeable.
