No I mean my flexibility is 60 degrès on 90 degrès lol so it makes 120 degrès on 180 degrès yes.

It’s a LON Method so I have an Internal nail, nobody do pure external on femur it’s not possible.
So yes there is a intramedullary canal to prevent from irregularity !

Hundred of people does LON on Femur and they have no problems.
I forgot how negative this forum is, this is crazy !
