See it time and time again. 'After 5,6,7,8,10cm or whatever, will I still be able to do squats?'
Why the hell do you give a damn buddyboyo?
Even 0.1mm of extra height is worth more than being able to squat 300kg, nevermind some of you opting to lengthen whole centimetres shorter in order to preserve your fking squatting capability. No one out in the real world gives a damn about how many plates you can load on your back.
If you would actually lengthen lower amounts just so you can get back in the gym and do incel lifts like squatting, you have your priorities completely out of line. Even if you could never do barbell squats again, that's absolutely irrelevant to your life, no one in society will give a damn, and I wouldn't even consider it a 'reduction in athletic ability'.

What's up with people on this site being obsessed with if they can squat again?
