Do you think if you had also gotten LL on your tibias you wouldn't look strange nked? I supposed the lack of long arms would be strange, but anything else you can think of that would look strange?

My wingspan is 5'7" or so. And I'm 5'8" - 5'9". So short arms isn't really that obvious in my case. I think 3 inches on Tibs would look strange, because I remember my thighs looking short and stumpy before the surgery. So it'd look weird to have short and stubby thighs with long tibs. But I guess it would look less weird when wearing shorts, because shorts cover up how long your thighs are, and only the longer tibs are shown. This gives the illusion that you have long legs, which might be more attractive than short stubby legs. Having said that, most tib patients only get to 6-7 cm anyway. I don't see 8 cm tib dairies that often.

huh, how do you think it would be if someone 5'7" did 2.5 in each segment?

5 inches in total? That would depend on their torso to leg ratio, and wingspan. I once did an experiment where I wore 2" shoe lifts to simulate a 5" gain - because I already had a 3" gain from LL. With 5", the legs look way too long compared to the rest of your body. It looked weird. But it was fixed by lower my pants a bit to give the illusion that my torso was longer and legs were shorter. But if I pulled my pants all the way to the top, I looked like Steve Urkel (http://www.90s411.com/images/steve-urkel-costume-3b.jpg) or Gru from Despicable Me (https://www.universalorlandoflorida.com/images/P-Despicable-Me-Gru-Plush-1255977.JPG)
