If you had around $50,000 and don't want to become completely broke, where do you do it?

i thought of this and did it in vietnam ha noi. but u would need a 6 month visa for this. u can travel to do it in turkey for 35k. amenities and everything. i just got 2.5 inches. a little more would be helpful.

You can get it done in Korea with 50k but LON only.

Can you specify on how much it would exactly cost please and how many cm or inches I could gain from it doing it once? Like the safest possible amount
