I am interested in internal LL. My top doctors are DR. Rozbruch, Dr. M, Dr. LEE and Dr. Paley. Although internal LL creates fewer scars than external. From limited cases I found, the scars are still very noticeable. I believe that scarring also depends on the doctor's skill and philosophy in operating. My questions is, in general, which doctor create less scarring ? Thanks.

It's less about which doctor does less scarring and more about which methods you choose. If you do internal like you said there is most likely going to be less scarring. At the end of the day you can get scar removal. When considering LL the last thing on your mind should be the scars until you approach them (And it's a very fixable problem) as there is a whole slew of problems that could go wrong in between from your beginning surgery to your lengthening to consolidation period.
I did internal on femurs with Dr Jamal in Kiev back in 2004, gained 11cm. Have a look at my scar photos in my diary. I got them lasered only last year so they are still a bit red and recovering. Final result should be much better.
