Which doctor would you choose as a Turk living in Germany with a low budget

Hi, I’m a Turkish national living in Germany and I’m considering femur lengthening surgery to increase my femurs  :-\by 8 cm, with a budget of €40,000.

I’m exploring three options: Dr. Salameh, Dr. Parihar, and various clinics in Turkey, such as AFA and Wannabetaller.

Dr. Salameh offers the Salamehfix method, but I’m interested in the Precice system, which is available in India and Turkey. Dr. Parihar has an excellent reputation, particularly for safety. However, traveling to India for four months is daunting for me, especially since I’m not familiar with the area.

I’m leaning toward Turkey because I have family nearby who can support me during recovery, plus I wouldn't need to cover accommodation costs. I understand that while Turkish doctors may have not the best experience, using the Precice method itself is considered the safest method, right? What can go wrong? Am I just stupid by thinking like that?

Given my situation, what would you recommend? Who would you choose? Are there any other doctors or clinics you would suggest? Thank you for your guidance

If I were you I would have more money prepared so that I can get the surgery done from Dr. Becker.

Dr. Becker would be probably the best choice but I really don'T think I can take him into consideration since 62.000 Euros are too much for me. Even saving 40.000 Euros was really hard.

I understand that. You can Go for precice its a good device. The problem is it is not weightbearing and you will be in bed most of the time. Your risk for non union is higher because you don’t put weight on your leg and its mentally more challenging because you are 3 months in bed. i mean you can walk a Bit but Not much. With precice you have the risk, that the motor inside rusts. And if the seal fails rust can mix with your blood. These are things you have to considee if they are worth it for you. I know 40.000€ is a lot of money. But your Health and well being is worth a lot more. You don’t have to Go with dr Becker, Even though i am having a Great Experience. But i would totally suggest a device thats weightbearing. Your Recovery will be faster and you can do Most of your Daily things so its not too much of a mental Challenge.

I also wouldnt consider it in Turkey. As you can read in the forum there are many bad experiences. Its not a easy process. You will have always weird things Happening during lengthening and you need to have a strong mindset to Push through and don’t give up. If you choose a mentally challenging Device its like starting a few Meters behind at a race.
