Which surgeon should I choose??

I have an appointment with Dr Guichet next month for a consultation.However i'm now scared to do the surgery with him since i have read so many bad reviews about him.I'm 5'4 and im aiming for 7.5 cm femur.Should I perform the surgery with him or not?If not please suggest me a good surgeon apart from Dr Paley.

He has very few diaries and the few he does have are mainly with external tibia
None negative so far I don’t think but not enough to make him credible
