- Betz is retired.
- Catagni is old af and only does tibias.
- Pili doesn't do many cosmetic limb lengthenings.

Remember, there are many highly-skilled orthopedic surgeons that could theoretically do this surgery for cosmetic purposes no problem. However, most of them don't. You want to pick a surgeon who actually has a speciality in CLL.
