I used to be one of those people who wanted to gain 20 cm to go from 5'7-6'3 (or 6'4 in the morning). I, of course, have learned better and now am looking to do--an albeit ambitious--5-6 inches (for a final height of 6'0-6'1). However, I'm curious about the biggest gainers we've seen thusfar. I know of Apotheosis and Crazy+6, the former who seems to be doing well and the latter who was crippled last we heard, but I don't know of any other "big" gainers in the 5+ inches caliber. What is the biggest gain we've seen?

I heard from one patient under Halil Buldu's hands that one guy there lengthened himself by around 21cm(If I don't remember it wrong) and the ending is unknown by then. I dunno his exact current situations but I don't think lengthening over 12-13cm is a good move unless you are planning on Dr.Paley's Option 3, the option where I am in the same board.
But Halil Baldu is a crazy surgeon who did multiple surgeries and he also got bad reputations about caregiving. So I don't think his surgery efficacy is good but Meck accomplished an 18cm growth and you can check it out more exactly in his diary.
But again I don't recommend you to hold such crazy thoughts that you can lengthen beyond 12-13cm.
