Who r best doctor to for LL and which method is good

i see lot of people here complain about indian, turkey's doctors .....so i want to know which r good doctor for LL
money is no problem for me. which method you guys recommand to get 6+cm on tibia ..thanks

those doctors dont share  their prices on the internet iirc. you can take a look at diaries of people who went to those doctors. or you can just e-mail them and they will inform you back.
