I would like to see pictures on his frames (in consolidation phase of LL) in formal clothes. i.e. suite pants.

u can do  the surgery in Syria to save money and then leave the country 2 weeks post surgery to return and distract at home.

He agreed to this plan when I was communicating with him 2 yrs ago.

if I can hide the device under my work clothes with his device then I am going with him.

I want to avoid knee pain that is associated with internal tibia LL

adriano, i spoke to dr salameh yesterday, he is only doing cosmetic ll in germany now

Never go to Syria.
Get operated is Frankfurt. Arrange for accommodation, PT etc. in Frankfurt.
Consult him whenever he comes to Frankfurt.
