I can only imagine how the knee placements on pants would be off after lengthening your femurs for example. Is this true, or will it be fine getting new pants? It'd be a hassle tailoring every pair of pants you get lol.

No that's not what I meant.
I meant that some pants have a knee-point and if your femur is longer then it won't match the knee point of the pants. Though on second thought I don't think it matters much or is even obvious.
