Will it bother if I lengthen tibia at one place and lengthen femur at another?

For money's sake,I can only lengthen tibia in my country and lengthen femur in Europe or somewhere else.
I just dunno if that'll bother my LL plan.That is to say the lengthening would be completed by 2 different doctors.
