tibia as stated - 4cm, I was 175 - Dr Barinov.

Russia is the home of Ilizarov, that is the ONLY place I would recommend.

Very good price approx €15,000.

no i don't - but it is safer, & easier to do tibia first.

If you are 174, then 5cm on tibia - 6cm at a very stretch - is very good.

Also, tibia does not affect the pressure mechanics and weight on the knee - unlike femur. šŸ‘

You might be surprised the difference 5cm will make to your psyche.
