The only thing matters SIGNIFICANTLY is arm leeeeength.
Arm length > shoulder length > neck length > hand size > skull size > foot size
Shoulders are important too. But people tend to have narrow shoulders rather than having short limbs lol.
me personally, If i get to do 2 clls:
Arm length (slightly short)
Shoulder length (i'll have narrow shoulders for my height)
Neck length (my neck wont be a prob)
Hand size (I can even pull 6'3 off with my big ass hands, screw 185 cm)
Skull size (my head will be ok for my height)
Foot size (43 EU, most of the models have the same as me, they are above 6ft)
You might wanna fill the blanks, if the +'s beat -'s, you might not need to worry about proportions. (considering 2 CLL, if 1 cll, we should think about tibia/femur ratio too)

The truth is, proportions aren't dealbreakers for women nor are they things people really look at unless its SUPER obvious. Even then you can hide super long legs with good clothes. Conan O'Brien does it pretty well. Tyler Herro has shorter arms compared to his height, yet he looks completely normal and nobody seems to care.
