Hello,

I just became 22 today, working and saving money to perform LL surgery next year at 23 years old with Dr. Mangal Parikar. Hoping for 4.5 to 5.5cm increased Tibia length.

I would really like to hear your opinions.

Thank you and good luck.

A lot of people don't know about LL surgery, so maybe not.  They'll notice something happened though.

I think with that amount of height it can be easily explained by BSing. I’d just say if someone asks that your doctor said you had an anterior pelvic tilt and you corrected it through physical therapy. Once you get close to 3 inches is when people are going to be more curious. Also as others said this surgery is pretty unknown. And even if someone knew about it, the height increase you are going for isn’t so large that it can’t be easily explained away.
