Wouldn't growth hormone or MK677 (growth hormone secretagogue) help in recovery and during limb lengthening process?

Since it would grow new CELLS due to increased IGF levels wouldn't it allow better lengthening of the soft tissue in the limbs (muscle fiber, skin, nerves, etc..)?

Hyperplasia sounds like it would be beneficial in case you lengthen limbs as you will need new cells to adjust to grown bone.

Anyone talked about this with your surgeons? Also bone healing would be way faster.
