this whole story is scary, he said he got LL from an *inexperienced* doc who allowed him- to lengthen 2 mm per day- to lengthen 8 cmmy only request is to keep updating this journal...

Is it reasonable to wear dorsiflexion boots if im planning to undergo LL at least an year from now? Does anybody else have any experience like that?
