i dont think the guys looks unnatural he actually llokss normal for the amount lengthened ive seen people walking alot more weirder and stiffer in my life so i se him qiet normal

Head size doesnt matter unless your doing a big amount 10cm and up unless you are doing 20cm it wont matter its hardly notticeable and you will have over disproportians to worry ab...
