I don't know about mockups but if u have to choose go femurs!

there you go.. right one is you now.. left one is you +7.5cm to your tibias

that will take you to 175.5cm morning and 174cm evening

this one is your original on the right, 7.5cm tibias middle, then left is , 7.5cm tibias and 4cms femurs which would take you to 179cm morning and 177-177.5cm evening.. hope thats a help to you
