Ok as Mitkovic doesn't even pick up the phone... I'm considering Dr. Shah.But then I'll need to find another person for femur lengthening

Europe is ok I think.They get the option of applying medical visa upon arrival which makes things easy (and Dr. Mitkovic has this option too).
