I think 7-8cm on femurs will affect both your boxing and bjj quite severely. But grappling will suffer most IMO, specially stand up grappling. Ground will probably not be as bad

From what I understand femur lengthening leads to alot better athletic recovery, my femur is also pretty short compared to my tibia
