Hey. I am planning on doing 5cm femur lengthening with stryde once it comes back.

I am about 175-176cm tall.

Problem is I have heard some people got pretty bad Lordosis after the surgery, I already have a pretty big duckass/Lordosis from years of sitting and bicycle. I am working on corrective stretching/strengthening but it seems to be a pretty big genetic component to my tilt aswell.

Is it a dumb idea to go forward?   ( I know technically the whole CLL is abit crazy but you guys know what I mean  Anterior pelvic tilt )

Appreciate your answers.

Thank you

Go to a good surgeon who can give you that diagnosis.  I went to Paley and he made me get a second opinion on my mild scoliosis from Dr Feldman, the Spine expert at the institute.  He cleared me for getting LL but Paley showed concern and wanted to be sure first.  I’m sure during a consult if there’s any issues for you a GOOD surgeon will catch them.

Why don't you just do tibia lengthening?

From what I understand femur lengthening leads to alot better athletic recovery, my femur is also pretty short compared to my tibia
