It doesn't seem bad to me. U can add some muscle than you will be fine i think.

Muscle will be after surgery hopefully, being lightweight prior to surgery is a good thing because it's easier on your legs. I like to be skinny now because if I bulk up I will look 1-2 inches shorter than my height , bulky guys look short.

It seems that you already have long legs, with 10 cm added you wouldn't look natural at all imo
