You will look weird.  I stopped after just 8cm on femurs.  Not going to bother with the tibias.

I normally think over emphasis on proportions is a waste of time, but I’m gonna be honest. The 8cm femurs already looks off… I’ve never seen anyone on here get their proportions skewed so much from 8cm femurs, to me it makes your torso look way too small. Maybe if you put on a lot of muscle it would look better. Your arms look a bit short but not too much. Or maybe you already have very long femurs? I’m perplexed, maybe try 4 and 4 or 5 femur and 3 tibia? I’m sorry man, unlucky 164 to 177.

It looks totally normal in clothes. I think the issue is you have a short torso, because the shirt elongates it and it looks normal.

Another user on here recently posted a 16cm Lengthening with arm lengthening and look relatively normal in clothes. I think once clothes are factored in your theory of proportions not really mattering holds true.
