167 cm Wingspan , 163 cm Height

As the subject says,

My wingspan is, 167 cm.

My height is, 163 cm.

My goal is to lengthen 12 cm,
6 cm on tibia.
6 cm on femur.
12 + 163 =175 cm

175 cm(height) - 167(wingspan) cm =
 8 cm difference

Will I look disproportionate with 8 cm difference ?
Should I go for 10 cm ?
