1.67 m and wingspan 1.61m and i want to reach 1.75m

What fk to do in this case? Im gonna to look horible? Or like a normal person?

Uh i dont know man. 1m75 with a wingspan of 1m61 that will look terrible .... Thats not something you can hide (not with such a difference)...
You could lengthen your arms . Accepting your current height is probably not a option hmmm try to get a mockup of your body maybe it wont look that bad but i honestly doubt it .

Don’t get your panties in a bunch, I’m sure you just measured your armspan wrong and fall in the normal range of proportions like everyone else on this page.

While not for certain, you almost certainly mismeasured.  I strongly recommend you get a friend or parent or SO to help you measure, and do it face towards the wall and hugging it.  This is how they do it in the NBA.  You turn your head 90 degrees to the direction you’re measuring, with the other hand just gently touching a corner of the wall perpendicular you’re measuring against.

I mismeasured my wingspan the first time too.  At first I got 176cm, but that’s because I did it with a tape measure in the air and I just expanded it as much as possible — this will underestimate by a full 2 inches or more.  After doing the wall method I am 183 before stretching my arms and 184 after.  I measured it 10 times over a few weeks to be sure, and it’s always been within this range.

Also important to measure is actual arm length.  You can spot check this in photos because it’s harder to measure, by looking how far down your thighs your hands go.  Hands being about 40% of the way from hip to knee is kind of average, below that can look short armmed.  It can put your wingspan in perspective, for example my hands can easily touch my knees if I drop them ever so slightly, my hands go down to 70% of my thigh, hip to knee.  Someone with wider shoulders and shorter arms could also be 183.5cm wingspan and look way shorter armmed.  Shoulder widths (clavicle length) have a Standard Deviation of about 2.5cm or 1 inch, with an average clavicle length of about 41cm.  I know this is verging on obsessive, but proportions are complicated    there’s not much info about this on this forum so I figured I would bring it up not only for your sake but for others.  Even if you truly have a -6cm ape index right now, if it’s due to small shoulders you might look fine!

Ok I will measure it again but if again is 1.61 it means this is gonna to look anormal or horible? One think i don't say i have short tibia is 36 cm maximum not much if i measure correct or probably 2 cm shorter and i have a 46 cm torso but im 17 year old and my doctor say i can grow a little 2-3 cm maximum in torso and neck probably torso 2 cm and neck 1 cm i wait again a reply from you thank you!

I think if you are able to post pictures (ideally just wearing boxers or something similar) that we can make a better prediction of what you might look like.  Again, you may have mismeasured and/or just have narrow shoulders.  Post a picture and we can give you a better opinion!

My wingspan is about 180 cm. If I get femur lengthening to 185cm will this look normal? And what’s the max difference between wingspan and height to look normal in your opinion?

Well it depends on arm length IMO.  Wingspan also includes shoulder length so someone with skinny shoulders and long arms will look better taller than someone with wide shoulders and short arms, even if their wingspan is identical.  It’s a case by case basis.

For reference, my my personal mock-ups I thought my arms looked fine when my wingspan was 183-184 and my height was 188.  A mild negative index looks totally fine.

It’s really case by case and I’m not an expert so much as very interested in proportions.  It would require a mock-up to see if a -5 ape index looks good on you personally.  If it works on Cavill I suspect it will work on most people though

Edit: also importantly. Would you rather be tall and slightly disproportionate or shorter and proportionate?  That’s a question only you can answer yourself.  I personally think that once I get past 6’1 that proportions matter more to me and up until then I only care about the actual height increase.
