People might hardly notice difference between 185 and 188

The main concern is that you are going from one surgery to two. I’ve seen a lot of proportion posts on this sight at this point and honestly it doesn’t matter, just focus on getting the height that makes you happy, when you start hyper fixating on ratios you lose the forest through the trees. Ratio talk is a thought cancer, in real life peoples ratios vary like crazy, honestly a lot of tall people just get their height from their legs, they have “normal” torsos.

even tho my torso is 97 in the night, when i sit im almost taller than most, but agreed about the ratios, my other concern is my wingspan, i did measure it 3 times alone, once got 185cm and twice 188cm

why would you want to do this surgery if you are already 178 ? Most people are doing this to get close to 178-180.
