If I am 185cm and my legs are 93cm which is 50.2% of my body is this proportionate? I know 50% makes it obvious that it must be proportionate but I have no idea what the correct ratio is supposed to be so anyone?

Also: I know my height says i'm 5'1 so for anyone thinking how is this dude going to become 185cm. (I'm not really 5'1, I have written that so my family doesn't realise this is my account) as they do their research on this forum for reassurance about my surgery in the future.

At 51% it is noticeable, yes. Generally you don't want to go above 48%.
