Well I've been thinking about limb lengthening for a few years now. I always come back to ponder over it every now and then. The probable reason could be my dad / siblings/ most friends are 6' 2" and above. I tried elevator shoes but the clownish walk was too much to bear. Is there any other "natural" method apart from cosmetic LL?

P.S. I am not looking for psychological/spiritual advice.

No, apart from stretching your spine everyday and “gain” 1 or 2cm if you are lucky

Thanks Rei, I am so scared of possible complications arising out of CLL.

Hgh and stretching if it works.
Otherwise you can gain one inch with normal higher shoes and sneakers and a soft insole.

If you go to good doctor like paley or Rozbruch shouldn’t have issues but they’re super expensive, icheapest US option is mahboubian but I don’t think he’s bad but now where near paley and rozbruch

Or do TSF on Tibias 5-6cm in Greece with giotikas and Ben happy @6ft
