Hello guys, can I get 3+3cm and a year later another 3+3cm. Safety is my first priority and I want to gain more height since I'm only 157cm. How do you guys think the recovery is gonna go?

I just want to know about recovery and is it possible to get so much length without putting too much stress on my legs
