I'm around 5'6" (5'6.2" night / 5'7.1" morning) and if I proceed with leg lengthening I would like to lengthen my femurs 4cm to be around 5'8 range (5'7.7" night / 5'8.6" morning). How do my proportions look? My armspan is a tad short at 5'7.5".

I know it's not a lot but I know that this will make me happy, reduce the recovery time of the surgery and allow me to hopefully resume athletic activities at a level not far worse than before. I care a LOT about proportions and want to be well within the range of what is normal.

Do you think I should do tibias or femurs? I'm leaning on femurs. I think my tibiae are too long to begin with.
Here is me at my normal night height / +3cm / +4cm:

Sitting height is 89/90cm night/morning (35.0"/35.4")

Inseam is 77cm (30.3")

So currently my inseam to height is 30.3/66.25 = 45.7%

After lengthening it would be 31.9/67.8 = 47.0%

I think my sitting height is good. I already sit as tall as some taller people.

Yeah I measured my inseam countless times over the past year, pushing as high as possible. It's 100% under 78cm. I suspect the angle makes my legs look a tad bit longer. If taken from eye level my legs look noticeably shorter. It's weird because I do feel like I have pretty long legs but it could just be because I'm very narrow with thin bones.

My boxers were hiked right up to the top of my V line because I didnt want any illusion that made my torso look longer. I think I have a tall pelvis and also a long neck which makes my upper section look smaller than it is. My wrist is 6.75" wrapping it as tight as I can without pressing into the soft tissue, but I swear it used to be less. I can probably get it under 6.5" if I wrap it very tightly. Not sure what's the correct way to measure it lol

I'm not going to make a mockup for this one but I think my proportions are shown better from this angle. Note that my torso is half an inch longer here due to the time I took the photo.
