Here is a quick mock up I made in paint. Looking for thoughts about my proportions.

Current Height: 178cm/5'10''
Desired Height 183cm/6'0''
Lengthening Amount: 5.08cm/2''
Wingspan: 185cm/6'1''

I added 2 inches to my tibias in the second pic. Any thoughts as to whether it's good as is, could go more or less, etc?

Get fit and then think about LL after. For now height is not your problem.
And don't do tibias. Femurs suit better on you.

Completely agree with BB, you look very disproportional on the second picture, your tibias would be too long.

I think you look better on the 2'nd one.
No one will think of your proportions with 5 cm.
You should work that upper body.
