I stand currently at 5'8" on the left and my goal is a 5 inch increase to 6'1" like I've mocked up on the right.

How does it look? Are the proportions alright? How much should I do on femur vs. tibia?  Tell me what you think.

Forgive me, I'm new and don't quite understand how formatting replies should go.

@Tokito_Ohma

Thanks for the tips.

@Kal el

Thanks a lot for this!  I was planning on bulking up best I could.  If I have any last-minute hesitations, I could always just stick to 5'11" or 6ft instead of the full 6'1".

@V

Yeah, I find it hard to believe myself.  I knew they were long for my body, but I never realized just how long.  I've measured them over and over and over again, arms in T-pose, from middle finger fingertip to middle finger fingertip, and it's exactly 74 inches, 6'2".  Also, I have a fairly modest chest and shoulders length, so most of my wingspan is specifically from my arms.  This would explain why I was always unusually good at sports like basketball and volleyball for not really playing them all that much, haha.

I unfortunately have a pretty small head.  22.5 inches in circumference,  8.75 inches in length.

What website were you talking about?  You didn't mention it in your post.

I agree, my mock-up was pretty crap.  It was my first time, so cut me some slack, haha.  I thought doing a real-world, practical mock-up might make it look better, but what ended up happening was it warped proportions, by me holding the extra pair of pants in front of me and having them drape over the pair of shoes at a slight angle and not having the pant legs filled out.

So, here's a new one I did by just going into Photoshop.  Also, this time, I went with just 11cm [6cm on femur, 5cm on tibia] (4.33 inches) vs. 13cm (5.11 inches.)  Ignoring the about 0.7inch boost with these shoes on, I'm actually exactly 173cm  (5'8.11") barefoot.  So, this new mock-up with the added 11cm of height would make me stand at 184cm (6'0.44") barefoot, and  185.77  (6'1.1") with these shoes.

How do I look?

Okay, here we go.  Same idea.  Going from 173cm  (5'8.11") barefoot to 184cm (6'0.44") barefoot via 6cm on femur, 5cm on tibia.
This time, my shoes here add about 0.5inch (1.27cm) boost, so going from 174.27cm (5'8.61") with dress shoes to 185.27cm (6'0.94") with dress shoes.  I'm wearing the same cap to keep everything consistent, and because I have fairly long, poofed hair that would add an additional inch.

@John wick

Thanks a bunch, man.

Yeah, I've sorta been in hiding for the past two and a half years because of this (the pandemic made this much easier the past year or so, haha).  No one from my childhood or growing up has seen me since about 23 and a half (I just turned 26.)  The only people who would really notice are my very closest family (who know about this anyway.)  No one who's ever known me nor random strangers out and about would notice, and I could pass it off as a late growth spurt.
